Kolab 3.0 Open-Source Groupware Software Released

Version 3.0 of the Kolab Groupware software has been released. Kolab 3.0 features a new modern web-client, integrates better into existing user directory setups, improves security and scalability, plus has a lot more features over the old Kolab 2.x series.

Kolab 3.0 features a completely rewritten server components, eliminates any dependence on Horde and now uses Roundcube instead, mail-flow monitoring support with the Kolab daemon, a new ActiveSync implementation "Syncotron" to replace Kolab's old Z-Push stack, better mobile synchronization, new storage format/clients support, a web administration panel, and much more.
