The X.Org Foundation sponsored an EVoC project for OpenCL support in Piglit.

Blaž Tomažič was the student developer that was paid by the X.Org FOundation for doing an OpenCL testing framework with Mesa's Piglit regression testing setup.

"OpenCL testing framework written over the course of EVoC. This talk will give an overview of the design and functionality, usage, current status and future plan." The video from XDC2012 is embedded below for those interested in OpenCL testing.

Meanwhile, the OpenCL support within Mesa's Gallium3D "Clover" state tracker is still maturing.
