The artistic applications within Calligra 2.5 has a new compositors docker for Krita and an improved canvas handling system. Calligra 2.5 also features new import filters for Visio, MS Works, and xfig filters. The Microsoft Office importing, particularly for MS Office 2007/2010 and OOXML has been greatly improved too.
