Serious Sam 3 Will Be On Steam For Linux

Posted by Michael Larabel on July 25, 2012

As shown last week, Serious Sam 3 is running on Linux. This will be one of the launch titles for the Steam client on Linux.

It looks like Gabe Newell's promoting of Linux is paying off as Serious Sam 3 is now set to be a title for the Steam Linux client in 2012. After showing an original screenshot last week, it looks like the game will be shipping to Linux desktop gamers once the Steam Linux client is officially announced.

Left 4 Dead 2 is another game said to be delivered to Linux gamers by years end.
