Phoronix IRC Log: 2010-01-10

Planetary_: hello
Planetary_: my computer freezes. its a hp visualize workstation with dual 1ghz P3s and 2gigs ram, it has a ati allinwonder 9700 pro. everything is fine then it just locks up including the mouse. i looked through some logs and i dont know what to look for
mrgrieves: Hi, I finally powered up my HomeBuild system (core i7, Gygabyte GA-EX58-UD3R, 6GB memory, PNY GeForce 9500 GT 1024MB, Fedora12) but I'm getting some interference noise that is coming out of the PSU. The noise is not constant and it appears to happen whenever there's some activity on the box i.e loading a web page , it's not very loud but louder than the hardDrives. Any ideas of what this might be?
jwill: No, sorry.
