michaellarabel: Hello from DE
Deanjo: Oh dear it looks like they have wifi in the beer garden
michaellarabel: Haha, no beer gardens yet Deanjo
Deanjo: Awwe why not?
Ivanovic: hi michaellarabel
michaellarabel: Hi Ivanovic
Deanjo: Hey michaellarabel have you ever considered enabling attachments to the forums?
Ivanovic: michaellarabel: at past five still not in the beer garden?!?
Ivanovic: you know that they close rather early, basically when it gets dark
michaellarabel: Ivanovic: Yeah :( Waiting for one of my colleagues to contact me back.
michaellarabel: Deanjo: I have, but due to bandwidth and such, I have decided against it.
michaellarabel: Ivanovic: The gardens close at dark? Is it then just the beer halls and such that stay open later?
Deanjo: OK, kind of figured that might be the case. Guess I'll have to get another server
Ivanovic: michaellarabel: normal pubs are of course open for longer
Ivanovic: but i think at about 10pm the beer gardens have to close
Ivanovic: some noise whatever rule stuff
michaellarabel: The Munchen Hbf station is sure large and somewhat confusing, though I think I am starting to understand some of it.
Ivanovic: :)
Ivanovic: okay, the beer garden in the english garden is open till midnight
Ivanovic: but most websites of the huge beer gardens *suck*
Ivanovic: they don't list the opening hours...
Deanjo: BTW michaellarabel if you are ever looking for a Tier 1 webhost with good pricing and kick ass speeds you should check out http://www.softlayer.com/
Deanjo: I've used them quite a bit in the past (for 'grey' activities) and if there are issues their support is second to none.
michaellarabel: Deanjo: I've actually been looking at getting new servers.
Deanjo: I can't recommend these guys enough, great speeds, reasonable pricing and I've never had a ticket last longer then 30 minutes.
Deanjo: Had a HD drive die on a server a while back with them and within 15 minutes I was up and going again
Deanjo: This was at around 3 am their time too
Deanjo: I'll be switching a bunch of work clients to them from serverbeach (bleh)
michaellarabel: Deanjo: Does SoftLayer have support for cPanel?
Deanjo: Yes and Plesk as well
Deanjo: Another nice feature with them is VPN bandwidth is unmetered
Deanjo: (although base traffic on their dedicated servers is 2 TB a month as it is)
michaellarabel: Nice
Ivanovic: michaellarabel: a spambot to kill: http://www.phoronix.com/forums/showthread.php?t=17846
michaellarabel: Ivanovic, thanks, gives me something to do while waiting...
Ivanovic: you're welcome
Deanjo: Hey michaellarabel you forgot to mention the merging of the x-fi driver into the kernel tree
