Phoronix IRC Log: 2009-04-27

peppo: hi! trying to run Half-Life 2 in WINE, with fglrx 9-4. no luck. anyone know any workarounds or is it a lost cause?
monreal: I have only run it on NV hardware but basicly hl2 works and breaks in wine all the time
monreal: best place to look would be winedb imho
peppo: monreal, got hl2 working with fglrx using hl2.exe -dxversion 81. but it crashes X/computer on exit :/ runs OK though
Milyardo: michaellarabel: What exactly is phorodevi?
Milyardo: is it like some API for bluetooth devices(reading the source in the commit it looks very much like a bluetooth interface)?
Milyardo: but the comments mention sensors
ziroday: Milyardo: wii remote?
Milyardo: the wii remote is bluetooth :|
michaellarabel: Milyardo: Going to be a device interface
