Almindor: is there a nice article/forum post explaining the actual difference between the official fglrx 8.10 and the "canonical" one?
Almindor: I'm interrested because since 8.9 fglrx is broken for me (x86_64 X1600 mobility) and was wondering if they did some 64bit love or if it's just some "latest kernel/X" hotfix

rvalles: xrandr seems to detect things fine
rvalles: but the dvi screen will just turn off, leaving just the crt
rvalles: it's a disaster
