SilverStone EC03 USB 3.0 PCI-E Adapter

The performance of the RVS02 with OCZ SATA3 SSD usually came in right behind the numbers when using the USB 3.0 ports on the motherboard itself. The difference was usually quite small but measurable.

The only real complaint though that I have about the EC03 is that there aren't any USB 3.0 ports on the PCI-E x1 card itself but the USB 3.0 cord meant for use with the 3.5-inch I/O bay must be used. Aside from that, it is a pleasant Linux-compatible USB 3.0 adapter that costs just $30 USD, and serves its purpose should your system not be USB 3.0 compatible.
