This monitor does have a standard 200 x 100 / 100 x 100 mm VESA mounting interface. The base for this Samsung 30" monitor is made of plastic but it does have swivel support. The monitor's height can also be adjusted by simply removing the key from the base and sliding the monitor up or down. To lock the monitor in place, just reinsert the key.

In addition to the height and swivel adjustments, the SyncMaster 305T does have some limited titling support to view the monitor at a different angle. Speaking of which, the viewing angles for this monitor are rated for up to 178° / 178°.
