openSUSE 11.3 RC2 came out in front of RHEL 6.0, CentOS 5.5, and Ubuntu 10.04 LTS, which all performed close to the same.

There is not too much definitive information to be drawn out of the 7-Zip results besides the four operating systems run at nearly the same speed here.

With the FFmpeg video encoding benchmark Ubuntu 10.04 LTS was the winner, but it was closely followed by openSUSE 11.3 RC2, CentOS 5.5, and then lastly was RHEL 6.0 Beta 2 WS.
