Windows 10 Radeon Software vs. Ubuntu 17.04 + Linux 4.12 + Mesa 17.2-dev

Unigine Heaven at 1080p was about the same under Windows and Linux, but when running this demanding OpenGL benchmark at 4K, the performance is slightly better with Radeon Software on Windows 10.

Unigine Valley is the same story with it losing out at 4K but being competitive at 1080p.
