The networking and A/V area... This is also where the cheap 12-core, 30-watt Ubuntu cluster will be housed as soon as it is fully setup and operational. The PandaBoard ES cluster will then be interconnected to the main 24-port Gigabit backbone of the network.

The PandaBoard ES ARM cluster is still being worked on in the dining room.

In terms of peripherals, Razer mice continue to be a favorite. Razer does not provide official Linux support, but overall their products tend to work well under Linux. If you are looking for a Linux-friendly peripheral vendor, the closest I can recommend overall at this point would be Roccat.
