With Unigine Tropics at 1920 x 1080, the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti came in at the same speed as the Radeon HD 6770 graphics card, which was less than 60 FPS (54 FPS). The GeForce GTX 460 was at 62 FPS and the Radeon HD 5830 was at 66 FPS.

When upping the Unigine Tropics resolution to 2560 x 1600 (the native resolution of the Samsung 30-inch LCD and what the X.Org Server was running at), the Radeon HD 6770 dropped to 34 FPS while the GeForce GTX 550 Ti was at 31 FPS.
