NVIDIA's 256.25 Beta Linux Driver Slows Things Down?

Running Unigine Sanctuary with the newest NVIDIA Linux driver that is in development the frame-rate was at 13 FPS compared to 15 FPS with the older, stable release.

With Unigine Tropics there again was a slight drop in performance when running this beta driver.

Unigine Heaven was just a fraction of a frame slower as the performance was already crippling for the NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250M mobile graphics processor.
