Nouveau NVIDIA Driver Can Be Faster With Linux 3.8

There was a slight boost in performance for the GeForce 9800GTX with Urban Terror but not the other tested NVIDIA GeForce graphics cards. The other graphics cards might not be seeing a performance boost out of Linux 3.8 since they're still handicapped by the lower clock-speeds due to the problematic re-clocking support in Nouveau.

The VDrift frame-rate results weren't anything special.

The Warsow performance results on Linux 3.6/3.7/3.8 for the trio of NVIDIA graphics cards didn't illustrate any improvements.
