Tweaking KDE's KWin For Linux Gaming Performance

OpenArena 0.8.8 is much more demanding on the GPU than the earlier releases of this ioquake3 first person shooter, but suspending the effects also resulted in a performance improvement. It is interesting for AMD Catalyst that XRender compositing is causing a performance drop.
