The x264 video encoding numbers were close, but LLVM Clang did not have the top spot.

LLVM Clang did win though compared to GCC 4.5.2 in some of the Bullet Physics benchmarks. GCC 4.6.0 failed to build this open-source physics library.

In other Bullet benchmarks though the performance was close between GCC 4.5.2 and LLVM Clang 2.9 SVN and the Free Software Foundation's compiler was able to take the lead.
