Intel Mesa HiZ Performance On Sandy Bridge

On average, Warsow's frame-rate was up by just 10.6% with HiZ. This is on top of all the other performance optimizations that have been made to Sandy Bridge graphics within the Linux kernel DRM and Mesa in recent months.

Lightsmark was up by about 14% with HiZ enabled, but with the current patch-set, there is also some visible regressions for this test.

The frame-rate boost for the VDrift racing game was rather nice with its number being elevated by nearly 40% when turning on HiZ.
