Intel HiZ Is Finally Ready For Sandy Bridge

With VDrift we finally see a nice pop out of HiZ support. On average across the four resolutions tested, the frame-rate went up by 35%.

The OpenArena frame-rate is up by an average of 9% with the HiZ support by default.

The Padman frame-rate is up by an average of 13%.
