Intel Xeon E5-2609 v4 Broadwell-EP Linux Benchmarks

In tests making use of high clock frequencies, the E5-2609 v4 obviously is very slow if looking at just the raw performance with the E5-2609 v4 only getting up to 1.7GHz for its eight cores...

In some tests the $100 cheaper FX-8370 is even able to beat this Broadwell-EP CPU, but in the other benchmarks the E5-2609 v4 comes out much faster than the aging AMD Vishera CPU.

At least the E5-2609 v4 can budge past the FX-8370 in HPC Challenge...
