Ubuntu 10.10 had a similar lead with the MAFFT molecular biology test compared to FreeBSD 8.0 / 8.1 RC2.

The OpenMP-based GraphicsMagick test did the best under Ubuntu 10.10 with GCC 4.4.4 than with FreeBSD and its GCC.
