When running a few disk benchmarks, Fedora 21 Rawhide was the slowest. Again though, Rawhide tends to enable a lot of debug cruft. Once Fedora 21 is officially released, it will of course be benchmarked a lot at Phoronix. Fedora 21 is most likely to ship with EXT4 by default while RHEL7 has moved to XFS by default and Fedora developers haven't yet jumped over to Btrfs by default.

The OpenGL graphics benchmarks were mixed, but by the time of the Fedora 21 is released there will be Linux 3.17 and Mesa 10.3... Generally, the newer the open-source Radeon/Nouveau/Intel driver code, the better the experience.
