For those that have searched for TV/monitor wall mounts at Amazon or other major Internet retailers have likely come across Cheetah Mounts: a brand of TV wall mounts that are incredibly cheap compared to competitors. However, are these mounts worthwhile for their $20+ price? I setup the APTMM2B to a 39-inch TV in the office as a test.
When setting up the new Phoronix office I ended up buying a Cheetah Mounts APTMM2B TV wall mount. The APTMM2B retails at Amazon for about $25 USD and appears very simple, but I really didn't need it to do much: I'm out of deck space and so was looking to position the Seiki 39-inch UHD 4K TV on the wall.
The Cheetah Mounts APTMM2B wall mount bracket can handle TVs 32 to 65 inch in size with a weight of up to 165 lbs. The mount itself is composed entirely of metal and feels of good quality considering the low price: I wasn't scared when putting the 4K TV on the wall.
