OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion Delivers Some Performance Improvements
Apple's Xcode 4.4 development software was used with LLVM/Clang
3.1 being the default compiler in use. With the same Xcode release under OS X
10.7 and OS X 10.8, for some of the computational tests there's really no change
in performance with this latest Xcode/LLVM release.
