A New Patch To Improve Radeon Gallium3D Performance

Vadim reported a 30% performance improvement (on unspecified hardware) for Lightsmark so that was tested first.

Lightsmark with a resolution of 1280 x 1024 saw the Radeon HD 6770 performance go up by 13%, 14% for the Radeon HD 5830, and 11% for the Radeon HD 6870 Northern Islands graphics card.

Lightsmark at 1920 x 1080 was just 6% faster when patched on the Radeon HD 6770, 23% for the Radeon HD 5830, and 9% for the Radeon HD 6870.

Nexuiz was odd when testing the patch. The Radeon HD 6770 performance had dropped while the Radeon HD 5830 and Radeon HD 6870 graphics cards were running faster with Vadim's improvements to flushed depth texture handling.
