AMD Dropping R300-R500 Support In Catalyst Driver

The GtkDrawingArea Pixbufs performance is really much better with the open-source ATI driver. It took 21 seconds for the test to complete using Catalyst 9.2, but with open-source code on our side it took less than a few seconds.

Not all 2D / Gtk operations are much faster with the open-source driver, but at least there are not instances where the open-source driver is much slower. With the GtkRadioButton widget, the performance was about equal between the tested drivers.
