With CacheBench, the stock performance between AMD and Intel's newest processors were very close.

The triple-channel memory on the Core i7 system had its upper hand over the AMD Phenom II when it came to the integer addition performance with RAMspeed.

The integer copy performance in this synthetic test was also much faster with the Intel Core i7.
