In the case of World of Padman, the Catalyst driver is also three times faster than the current Gallium3D driver and other development components.

Urban Terror was about twice as fast on the Catalyst driver as it was with the R600 Gallium3D driver.

Lastly, with the Lightsmark OpenGL benchmark the Catalyst 11.8 driver is more than eight times faster than the community-maintained open-source Linux driver.
