AMD Llano Graphics Battle: Gallium3D vs. Catalyst

HDMI ended up being a similar story. At least 3D acceleration on Gallium3D (via the "R600g" driver) was working for both outputs the short time the systems were alive.

The situation when attempting to use the DisplayPort output was similar (using the DP-supported Dell P2210H), except rather than mode-setting to the panel's native resolution of 1920 x 1080, it was going down to 1024 x 768. The display there also ended up turning grayish-white, rather than simply some video memory corruption.
