With the Primesieve OpenMP prime number generator benchmark the A10-7850K performance was in line with the Core i3 4130 and AMD FX-8350 processors, but well behind the Core i5 4670.

The AMD hardware didn't have a particularly good showing for the Bullet Physics tests.

FLAC audio didn't do too good with the new AMD APU.

While OpenSSL has traditionally favored AMD CPUs -- e.g. with the AMD FX-8350 beating out the Core i7 4770K by a measurable amount -- the A10-7850K performance was disappointing in OpenSSL as the similarly priced Core i5 4670 was 52% faster than the Kaveri APU.
