GCC 4.5 vs. 4.6 On AMD's FX-4100 Bulldozer

Finally there is a test where GCC 4.6.1 comes out ahead of GCC 4.5.2 on Bulldozer, but this may just be due to non-Bulldozer specific improvements within the latest GNU Compiler Collection release given that the minor enhancements are just with the OpenMP-using GraphicsMagick tests.
