The first event at the Abit Tech Forum was a gaming event. Fatal1ty v.s. some Taiwan UT2K4 Tournament winners. We’d been reading about Fatal1ty lately and often wondered, how good can he really be? Well today our very own David Lin figured out this answer…VERY VERY GOOD. Of the five 5-minute matches that he played, no one was able to frag him even once. The first player, Adeu, lost 8-0. The second player lost 18-0. The third player lost something like 29-0. The fourth player was from another review site (which won’t be named for now). He lost something like 26-0. Then Phoronix’s David Lin got to take a crack at Fatal1ty. Well, he did alright for about 40 seconds of the 5 min, because Fatal1ty hadn’t been able to locate David for roughly 40 seconds. Then it got ugly.
