21-Way Open-Source AMD/Intel/NVIDIA GPU Benchmarks On Linux

Getting started with Counter-Strike: Source, the results aren't too surprising given the factors: the NVIDIA open-source driver performance was very low given that most of the NVIDIA GPUs tested were from the Fermi/Kepler generations that don't have effective re-clocking support at this time and for the other GPUs the re-clocking support was unstable. Meanwhile, the Intel "Haswell" graphics ran well that were integrated into the overclocked Core i7 4770K. The AMD Radeon graphics performance was great for the Radeon HD 4000 and HD 6000 series GPUs. The more modern GCN GPUs didn't run for this Source Engine benchmark on the RadeonSI Gallium3D driver.

The results for Doom 3 on the 21 graphics cards with the open-source driver are similar to what's covered in Counter-Strike: Source. The addition here is the RadeonSI performance with the Radeon HD 7000 series GPUs where they're slowly but surely catching up to the R600 Gallium3D driver levels.
