Coreprio Can Help AMD Threadripper Windows Performance, But Linux Still Leading Performance Race

First up were a few Java benchmarks. The NUMA Dissociater mode via CorePrio did help slightly offer better performance than the stock Windows 10 installation while Windows Server 2019 performed similar to Windows 10. Ubuntu 18.10 meanwhile was offering better performance in this Java test.

Windows Server 2019 was offering better performance in some Java DaCapo benchmarks compared to the stock Windows 10, but CorePrio did help hear offset some of the slower performance while Ubuntu 18.10 was still faster.

Though in DaCapo's Tradebeans test, Windows 10 did come out ahead.

In some tests, CorePrio did hurt the performance while in other tests like the Crafty chess benchmark the performance was similar between Windows and Linux.
