For the two FS-Mark test scenarios that could be run on the 16GB USB 3.0 flash drive, the FUSE-based exFAT was generally about the same speed as F2FS or slightly faster. Meanwhile, NTFS-3G in both cases was extremely slow. The testing in this article is just about file-system performance and not data integrity or other factors in fully evaluating a file-system for different use-cases, that part is up to your individual needs.
