Radeon+Ryzen CPUFreq CPU Scaling Governor Benchmarks On Linux 4.15

Dota 2 at 1080p with both OpenGL and Vulkan led to noticeably better performance with the performance governor compared to ondemand and schedutil while powersave continued running much slower.

Dota 2 at 4K leads to less of a difference between the CPU frequency governors but performance does maintain its slight first place advantage.

Same goes for Dawn of War III.
