Linux 4.7 CPUFreq Schedutil Testing vs. P-State
The CPUFreq Schedutil governor was performing right amongst the other mature governors.
It will be interesting to see how CPUFreq Schedutil performs once it's been around longer with having more time to mature and evolve.
Most surprising to me though was how badly P-State is performing on Linux 4.7... Usually it's not so much slower than CPUFreq.
