Intel's Eric Anholt had a talk at FOSDEM about some of the areas that Intel will be focusing on within the X.Org realm during the next year. Support for v-blank with DRI2 is the major action item, but also worth noting is that Intel is also improving the GLSL (GL Shading Language) support within Mesa as they are having Ian Romanick write a new GLSL compiler that will be much improved and be performance-oriented. Gallium3D will also be an important item in the coming year.
