Intel Bay Trail Graphics On Linux Are Slower Than Windows

More wins for Windows when it comes to Intel OpenGL graphics performance...

There's also some tests that won't run on the Intel Linux driver since officially it's limited to OpenGL 3.3 compliance with some OpenGL 4.x functions being implemented but not yet full OpenGL 4.0+ support. The Intel OpenCL support on Linux is improving, but also not yet on-par with the Windows driver support. Long story short, the Intel Linux graphics driver is continuing to move along, promptly support new hardware, and is developed by a well-staffed group compared to the open-source AMD Linux graphics driver (or the community-based Nouveau for open-source NVIDIA driver support), but still its OpenGL support isn't on par with the Intel Windows OpenGL driver.
