Preview: Sandy Bridge Become Quicker With Linux 3.3, 3.4

As you can see, the Intel Sandy Bridge Linux graphics support continues moving forward. While the Linux 3.4 kernel has PPGTT, swizzling, and other Intel graphics enhancements, a much larger performance boost can be attributed to using the Linux 3.3 kernel over 3.2. It's too bad though that these improvements won't be found in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS, which means many Linux desktop users will be waiting another six months for the work to land on their desktop.
