Intel "Haswell" Iris Pro Linux Graphics Yield Some Wins Against Windows

Similar to the Unigine Sanctuary results, the Unigine Tropics performance was at its best under Windows 8. It will take a while before the Intel Linux driver can take on the Windows performance in the more demanding OpenGL workloads, given that for even Ivy Bridge hardware the Linux driver still loses in these test cases to Microsoft Windows.

Windows 8 also did better than the updated Linux driver with Unvanquished, one of the most promising open-source games right now that's powered by the evolving Daemon Engine.
