Early Intel i965 vs. Iris Gallium3D OpenGL Benchmarks On UHD Graphics 620 With Mesa 19.1

The Iris performance with the Xonotic open-source first person shooter came fairly close to the current i965 driver performance at this early stage. In some cases, the peak frame-rate was already higher than the classic driver.

The CPU usage while running with Iris Gallium3D was higher than the classic Mesa driver.

The GLmark2 synthetic OpenGL benchmark saw similar performance between these Intel open-source drivers.
