Starting off with some NAS Parallel Benchmarks, the Core i7 6800K is slightly faster than the Core i7 5960X. Unfortunately I have no Core i7 6950X for comparison as Intel hadn't sent over any samples and my budget for this testing only allowing the 6800K.

The Parboil OpenMP tests actually favored the Core i7 5960X due to its eight physical cores plus Hyper Threading. The Xeon E5-2687W v3 Haswell CPU has ten cores plus Hyper Threading.

But for some OpenMP tests, the i7-6800K still came out in front.
