AMD Radeon RX 6800 vs. NVIDIA RTX 30 Linux Performance Heating Up

Shadow of the Tomb Raider performs very good on the latest open-source Radeon drivers (RADV) as well -- much better than on launch-day. The Radeon RX 6800 XT was performing in front of the RTX 3080 while the RX 6800 was coming in between the RTX 2080 Ti and RTX 3080. Back on the November launch day, the Radeon RX 6800 was well short of the RTX 3080.

Strange Brigade that runs on Linux via Steam Play saw the RTX 3080 managing to still pull in front of the RX 6800 XT.

The Talos Principle with Vulkan meanwhile saw even the Radeon RX 6800 slide past the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 with these latest Linux drivers.
