The Warsow first person shooter performance dropped very sharply on Mesa 9.2 compared to prior releases.

While the Nexuiz DarkPlaces performance was faster on Mesa 9.2, for other games such as those based upon ioquake3 there does appear to be some active performance regressions on the R300 Gallium3D driver for at least the Radeon X1800XL / X1950PRO graphics cards.
