Starting with the HMMer molecular biology benchmark, there wasn't much change out of moving from only K8-level optimizations to the bdver2 that's catered for the 2012 FX Vishera CPUs.

Similar to the GCC Piledriver tuning tests, the Open64 compiler builds with the bdver2 support didn't yield any improvements over bdver1. GraphicsMagick isn't able to benefit from BMI/TBM/F16C/FMA3, there's bottlenecks elsewhere, or there's still Piledriver optimization work left to do within the compiler.
