The results of this testing should mostly be in line with expectations... But, of course, the Radeon HD 6570 graphics card continues to perform quite funky and has been that way with different Mesa/kernel releases though the performance is fine with the Catalyst driver.

The other item to point out is the slower performance of the Radeon HD 7850 than expected due to its RadeonSI Gallium3D driver being less mature than the R600 Gallium3D driver that powered the ten other graphics cards.

Besides the Radeon HD 6570 and Radeon HD 7850 caveats, the other results should be nearly in line with expectations for the hardware. A comparison against the AMD Catalyst driver for maximum performance will come later on Phoronix, but you can see our HD 6000 comparison and HD 5000 Gallium3D vs. Catalyst comparisons from August.
