Radeon Gallium3D Latest vs. Catalyst

The Qfusion-powered Warsow is at least faster with the newer and tweaked code than what is found in Ubuntu 12.04 by default, but it remains a long shot to compete on performance terms with the official Catalyst Linux driver.
