Team Fortress 2 had lower frame-rates overall on the open-source Radeon Linux driver than Counter-Strike: Source. For delivering above 60 FPS in our test demo at 1280 x 1024, a Radeon HD 4870 or higher is needed.
Team Fortress 2 at 1920 x 1080 needed the Radeon HD 4890, HD 5830, or HD 6770 or higher in the Northern Islands series to deliver above a 60 FPS average on the open-source AMD Linux graphics driver.
